                      Are your dresses lined?
                    
                  Yes, our dresses feature a soft cotton lining in the bust area, thoughtfully made with matching fabric to provide comfort and coverage. For the best finish, we recommend wearing nude undergarments.
                    
                    
                      Are your dresses maternity-friendly?
                    
                  Yes! Our relaxed, breathable designs are ideal for both maternity and postpartum wear.
                    
                    
                      Do any of your dresses have pockets?
                    
                  Yes, they do! We’re big believers that style should never come at the expense of practicality. That’s why all of our dresses come thoughtfully designed with hidden side pockets—perfect for keeping your essentials close without compromising on elegance.
                    
                    
                      Are your products machine washable?
                    
                  Hand wash in cold water is best to preserve the natural softness of the fabric and to protect the dyes. You may also use a delicate cold machine wash in a garment bag. Air dry in shade.
                    
                    
                       When will my order be dispatched?
                    
                  Within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an email once your order is packed.

                  Not yet. We currently ship Australia-wide only.
                    
                    
                      Can I change my shipping address?
                    
                  Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us ASAP—once dispatched, we can’t make changes.
                    
                    
                      Do I need an account to order?
                    
                  No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, manage returns, and enjoy exclusive offers as part of our Her Sapphire family.
                    
                    
                       What payment methods do you accept?
                    
                  We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and Afterpay. All payments are processed securely to protect your information.
                    
                    
                      Can I preorder if an item is out of stock?
                    
                  Sometimes! Contact us about restocks or preorders—we’ll do our best to assist.
                    
                    
                      What if the item i want is out of stock?
                    
                  As our pieces are created slowly and in small batches, restocks may take time. We kindly invite you to sign up and join the Her Sapphire family to receive restock alerts.
                    
                    
                      What is your return and refund policy?
                    
                  Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days if items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final unless faulty.
                    
                    
                      I received a damaged item—what should I do?
                    
                  We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement.
