Order Processing & Shipping Times
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (South Australia Time). We strive to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Taxes & Duties
All taxes and duties applicable to domestic orders within Australia are included in the final price at checkout. No surprises or hidden costs! If any charges are excluded, we will clearly notify you during checkout.

We cannot accept returns due to customs or duty charges.

International Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, and import fees that may apply in their country.

Please note that Express International shipments are more likely to incur customs and duty charges, while Standard International shipments are delivered through the postal system and may be less likely to attract these fees.

We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

In accordance with international shipping regulations, we are legally required to declare the full value of all goods on customs documentation and include an invoice with every international shipment. We cannot alter or undervalue the declared value of an order.

Shipping Delays
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but occasionally, delays outside of our control can occur. These might include things like customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays. If you need your order in a hurry, we recommend selecting Express Shipping. Please note, Her Sapphire is not responsible for delays caused by these factors, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

Lost Parcels
We provide tracking for all orders, but in the rare case that your parcel is lost or delayed in transit, Her Sapphire is not liable. If your parcel goes missing, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier (Australia Post). Once a delivery is confirmed with valid proof, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.
